Ball & Chain

Well, it's official. I hate to disappoint all the ladies here, but I'm now a married man. Been that way for about 26 hours now.
I'm sure I'll be putting up some pictures once we start getting them from our official and un-officially photographers. But right now we're just happy to have nothing to do except relax. It's been a long few days with family in town and partying to do.
And most surprisingly, everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was great and the band was incredible. All I have to do now is get used to wearing this weird silver thing on my left hand. It stops burning at some point, right?

Congrats DC!! I am truly happy for you both.

Does this mean we are going to hear the pitter-patter of some little DCs here in the near future?

(Sammy is thinking to himself: DC a dad.... that is effing scary)

Congratulations to you both!

Oh.. the ring thing, you'll get used to it:) I rarely, rarely take mine off. I now have the WORST tan line on my ring finger, not to mention it has permanently altered the bone in my finger lol I have a dent in my finger... seriously.

Congrats DaCubs :apss:

I don't get on with jewelery. I'm trying to sell the OH on a tattoo wedding ring if we ever get around to it.

Thanks all.
And yes Sammy, little DCs are just about the scariest thing I can imagine. I can barely take care of myself, let alone helpless, impressionable little ones!!

That tattoo ring would be a sweet idea. Cheaper, easier to maintain, can't lose it. Shit that's nice. I just bought a crappy $15 mall ring for right now while mine is getting resize and for situations when I don't want to eff up my good ring. Like my 2 week camping trips. Reach down to grab a walleye and see it sink to the bottom...

Our photographer, who was really awesome, has a blog up with some of our pictures:

Oh yeah, that attractive female lead singer of our band...every guy in the room was waiting for her to pop out of her dress as she was jumping around the stage. But alas, it wasn't to be.
