So, as you all know. I'm no longer at Petsmart. I'm at a local petstore.
We got a pair of baby uros in. ...They ain't doing so hot right now :/ She told me if they're going to pull through, I'll be the one to do it. So I have them set up in a 10 gal, paper towels, 10.0 zoomed UVB, 75 red light (I have a daily light but I'm not sure its gonna heat up enough.)
Anyway, because they're kind of weak, I'm going to blend up/puree some collard and mustard greens, probably a little bell peppers, and just plain calcium. Anyone have any other recommendations on what to give them or that I should try? I'm also going to try to give them some pancur if I can find it. Any other dewormer that works? Intermicen (or something) or another?

Ok, well. I have no greens at the moment, for just for the night I gave them a leaf of arugla, tiny bit of plum, bell pepper, and shredded carrots.
Amazingly, they seem to be more active but haven't ate yet oO I do, however, have the temp higher than we do at the store. But the highest I've got it so far is 97ish. :/ Its a 75 watt red bulb by zoomed. Next choice?

you need to get the temps up to 110-120F in the basking area. Try a normal bright white spot light bulb. I assume you have a digital temp gauge. Remember you need to keep to cool side below 90F, which can be a pain in small tanks.

the UVB within 10" not behind glass or mesh right?

Could try some dandelion and clover if you have any growing local. can always find Opuntia sp cacti pads if you can get some. Other wise collards, endive, escarole and squash are good buys.

are there visible signs of worms in the fecal? have you had a float done? How long have you had them?
I wouldn't rush in to worming them as it may put too much additional stress on them that may do more harm than good.

Do not use Ivermectin! It is know to be deadly to a lot of reptiles

Uh... its a screen lid and its sitting on top of that. Its about 11'' away from them. There's a log in there that they can crawl up on, but both are too weak to do so.
No obvious worms and no float. I just got them. Haven't been at the store much last week due to midterms of hell, so I don't know what was going on then. They did, however, get broccoli and I have a sneaking suspicion they got it everyday after Thursday (Day they came into the store). I have one fecal in there and its kind of ...not gecko like. Kind of brown, tiny bit of white, and little green on one side.
I'm wondering if perhaps if I give them a slope, the part closer to the bulb will be warmer, thus I don't have to worry about overheating with a higher watt bulb. Hohum.
You and your damn cactus. Tongue You should just become a cactus farmer! Any type of squash in particular?

ok, tight mesh will filter some of the UVB, if they can get closer that will be good just allow for their weakness when creating their basking spots. If that doesn't work get a spot rather than flood light that should give more localised heat. They do like it nice and toasty though.

their poop may be more brown and green becuase of the food they are eating (espcially if they are not digesting it properly).

brocolli is a bit dodgy btw, tend to stay away from it or use as a treat at most.

Most squash is good. I tend to use butternut for my herps. Acorn, Hubard, scallop, spagetti and summer squash are all good too. Just peal and chop or grate. I just think of texas deserts with cactus hehe. they are great food though.

Bwaha! I got them to eaat. Well, one. The other still hasn't perked up much. But my weak guy's crawling all over the damn place now. He climbed up to his basking area too, where its up to 101. and slowly rising. Yayy! this makes me happy!!

I found both babies dead this morning. Real bummer. I don't really know what ultimately caused their lack of eating, which probably caused there death. I think for one they were too young to be moved around in a paper sack for two hours (wtf was this reptile place thinking? x_X)
I thought they were doing alright last night as I moved them near the food dish and they seemed to be eating a little and moved away. Not so this morning. *Sigh*
I'll be pushing some changes to our reptile room today.
