I kinda realised that all the time we have been looking after this slow worm I haven't put any pics up so here we have em. It has been named slow jim just coz it sounds good but from the markings its a female lol

hahaha.. I didn't buy it I got given it .. some guy from our local shop thought it was one of our snakes and it had escaped!! he found it in the road. as it was winter then I took it in as it should of been in hibernation. problem is its pretty much become used to being captive I think.. comes out for food, knows what tongues mean even though we don't get it out or interact with it so been really worried about putting it back out in the wild.. plus don't want our cats to get it. I would love to do it a set up in the garden so we could keep an eye on it but too risky.
maybe a corn field down the road?
